1st Annual Skate in "The PARK"
Melbourne, Florida – The Park, Melbourne’s newest indoor skateboard facility was opened to the public in October 2007. This Team Pain built course can support a multitude of skaters. This is your opportunity to compete or advertise at this groundbreaking event. This event will also serve as a drop off point for Toys for Tots Christmas Toy Drive.
Come out and watch some of your favorite skaters compete for cash and prizes. Get some Christmas shopping done in the outdoor vending area, listen to live music and grab a bite to eat in the outdoor park area. There will be something for the whole family, including an outdoor street course area, rock wall, and a kiddie’s area complete with a bounce house!
The contest will be held on December 8th, 2007 from 12-8pm. There will be age divisions for everyone as well as both street and bowl divisions. Registration begins at 10am. Registration forms are available online and waivers must be notarized.
