heat 11 presents new heater generation

06-03-2015 05:34 PM CET | Industry, Real Estate & Construction

Press release from: heat 11 GmbH & Co. KG

heat 11, specialist for industrial process heat, heat transfer and energy conversion from Bielefeld, Germany (www.heat11.com) presents its new heater generation at this years‘ ACHEMA which is the most important trade fair for the process industry. It opens its doors from 15 to 19 June 2015 in Frankfurt (Main)/Germany.

The new thermal oil heaters of heat 11 have several advantages:

Improved construction
The solid construction of the fired heaters was made even more stable according to company information. Optimized cover seals and retainers ensure maximum tightness.

High power reserves
In comparison heaters of heat 11 dispose of more generous sized heating surfaces. This does not only lead to an improved efficiency but also to a higher availability and reassuring power reserves providing the greatest possible investment reliability indicates a commission of the Bielefeld company.

Significantly longer lifetime
Due to the more generous dimensioning the heating surfaces are less loaded. This ensures a long service life of the heater and lower film temperature of the heat transfer fluid. Another effect: The service life is increased and change intervals are prolonged significantly. In addition, pressure drops are decreased and, therefore, the power consumption of the pumps is noticeably reduced.

Up to 20 % lower operation costs
Dr. Dietmar Hunold, managing partner of heat 11, is more than satisfied. „With the development of our new heater generation, we achieved three objectives: To reduce the operating costs, to increase the plant availability and to prolong the service life. As a result, our plants require up to 20 % lower operating costs than conventional heaters.“
