Pay-tech newcomer Wayve Pay aims for European market
Newcomer Wayve Pay: Seve Ortale jumps on the paytech wave and wants to make the app-based payment ring en vogue in Europe.About Seve Ortale's vision:
Travelers, digital nomads and the classy | Large wallets are often impractical for summer clothing without large pockets, just as they are for expensive suits. Backpackers, on the other hand, are happy to be able to pay quickly and easily without having to put down their backpacks every time. Seve Ortale's ring offers an intuitive and practical solution to a wide range of people. A plus: the ring is IP 68 certified, making it dustproof and waterproof, even when swimming in the ocean for extended periods of time.
Cooperating Banks | Wayve Pay cooperates not only with MasterCard and Visa, but also with more than 30 banks worldwide. It s now available in Europe and is supported by certain cards from (amongst others) the following banks: VIMpay, Curve, Nordea, SEB, Holm Bank AS, Placet Group OÜ, Swedbank, Aachener Bank eG, Comdirect, Consorsbank, Lateko Lizings AS, UAB Nordecum, W1TTY, Wittix, Eika Kredittbank, Marginalen Bank, Länsförsäkringar Bank, Swedbank and the Saving banks, Cembra Money Bank and a variety of Volksbanken in Germany.
Security | In case of loss, the ring only needs to be disconnected from the app. No credit card blocking, no lengthy phone calls where you need to know the bank code, account number, credit card number, etc. Just log off with a tap of the finger on the app. From the moment the ring is disconnected, it can no longer be taken as a payment method.
