The enhancements to 2B Advice PrIME 5.1 are the result of day-to-day consulting experience at 2B Advice and a variety of client requests. “It is our goal to support a company’s wide variety of data privacy management needs to the fullest,” says Hans Joachim Bickenbach, Director of Sales at 2B Advice.

The new version of 2B Advice PrIME 5.1 allows users to administer and document policies and guidelines of their company organization as well as perform audits of commissioned data processors. The overall audit and online audit functions have been expanded with new functions. The interface has been redesigned as a modern and ergonomic web interface which allows users to utilize the monitor size and resolution in modern workspaces to full capacity. Ribbons allow for intuitive and quick operation of the system. Procedure responsibles are now reminded of updates to their procedures by e-mail.

Many other minor and major changes and updates, such as a new “Reviser” role or the option to mark comment fields as mandatory when performing audits, help to further optimize the work of your data privacy organization.
