Opus Energy

Opus Energy – a leading independent electricity supplier to small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) and corporate customers – has confirmed its commitment to the Northamptonshire area by selecting new offices in the town at Moulton Park. The company will occupy the new premises from today.

The move follows a period of rapid growth for Opus, which has seen staff numbers more than double in the last 18 months, with over 170 new jobs created in Northampton since 2002.

The new office will house the company’s Customer Services, Credit Control, Metering Services and IT Support divisions.

Charlie Crossley Cooke, Managing Director of Opus Energy said: “This represents a new chapter for Opus. The new Moulton Park office has capacity for significant growth, and we think Northampton is a great location to continue to do business. Our Northamptonshire office is vital to Opus’s drive to provide customers with the highest possible standards of service. We hope the excellent talent pool in the area will enable us to succeed over the coming years.”
