Starting now, more than 240 customers will benefit from their membership to the POOL4TOOL Value Club, the first customer rewards program in the industry.

There is now an even greater incentive to become a POOL4TOOL customer. The solution specialists for optimization in Purchasing launched the first customer rewards program in the industry at the beginning of May 2015. The POOL4TOOL Value Club was created as a way of thanking customers for their loyalty, and offers many benefits for both new and existing customers, such as savings of up to 20 %. “We are able to focus on putting innovative products on the market thanks to cooperation and development partnerships with our customers. We recognize the achievements of our clients and are now giving them the opportunity to benefit further from our partnership through the creation of the POOL4TOOL Value Club,” Thomas Dieringer, the CEO of POOL4TOOL AG, explains.

Loyalty Should Be Rewarded

In addition to business new customers, continued business with existing customers has always been important to IT service providers. Based on a recent customer satisfaction survey, 88 % of POOL4TOOL’s customers would recommend the company as a solution partner. These customers will now be rewarded, because as of now, customers will receive a reward for referrals. POOL4TOOL also responded to the above-average customer renewal rate of 90 % by creating a customer rewards program where the customer earns points for each module or process that they add to their “All in One Supply Collaboration” platform.

Customers become POOL4TOOL Value Club members at the beginning of a project. The system is based on Value Points, which each company can collect and redeem for various benefits. Customers can earn points by paying the monthly user fee or by expanding their solution model. In addition, referrals or consenting to act as a reference for the product are rewarded with additional Value Points. This benefits all customers equally, and not just those with the highest revenue.

The reward options from which users of the “All in One Supply Collaboration” platform will benefit include expert webinars for an exclusive circle of participants, special offers, new Release Notes features, and direct savings of up to 20 %. “We see the Value Club as both a unique aspect of our customer service, and as a thank you for our long-term partners,” explains Thomas Dieringer.
