Reykjavik/Oslo/Stockholm/Copenhagen/Helsinki/Moscow, 11 October 2007 - Glitnir handled 6.56% of the turnover on OMX Nordic Exchange in September. This gave the banking group the top position in terms of total market share for the first time. Based on year-to-date turnover, Glitnir is the second largest broker on OMX with a market share of 6.25%.

The top five brokers by turnover on the Nordic Exchange in September were:
