We cover most of the organic agricultural activities to ensure quantitative and qualitative improvement in the field of organic cultivation and livestock production. Our strategy is to utilize innovative agricultural techniques without changing the nature of traditional activities. Our organic agriculture approach is aimed to restore the soil fertility through various scientific ideologies and to conserve the agricultural lands from various negative environmental impacts as much as possible. We ensure that our sustainable farming and eco-friendly approaches will lead to increase in soil quality as well as it can able to restore ground water level.

Challenges
Inadequate knowledge in community farming is the major threat among most of the farmers. Because they cannot able to utilize modern scientific improvements, due to high risk factor on cost. At the same time, most of the agricultural lands are losing its soil nutrient profile due to continuous usage of synthetic chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Continuous usage of chemical fertilizers and pesticides leads to development of chronic health problems in humans and animals during the consumption of such agricultural products and also affects the ground water quality. To overcome these issues, our team has come up with innovative ideas to provide technical guidance from our experts for the development of both soil and water quality. Also this can be achieved directly by setting up skilled labors from root level itself.
Employment generation
Our Projects are designed to increase Employment opportunities and Economy Improvement of the local bodies, where the projects are held. Indian Agriculture is mainly dependent on monsoon and hence agriculture field faces certain bottlenecks to provide employment during such periods. On an average Agriculture sector may provide 200 days employment to the rural persons. But our projects are designs are based on mixed farming, so most of the people from rural areas will be employed all-round the year. To increase the chances of export of the developed products to other countries, setting up of Processing units, Cold storages and warehouses to manufacture quality end products also helps to create employment in both rural and urban areas.

Services
Vermiculture
It is an eco-friendly method involves in culturing of earth worms and is used to convert biodegradable organic materials into humus-like material known as vermicompost. Our vermicompost is rich in nutrient profile, generally higher than traditional compost. It can enhance the soil fertility physically (better aeration, porosity, bulk density and water retention), chemically (pH, electrical conductivity and organic matter content are also improved for better crop yield) and biologically (enrich plant growth promoting microorganisms to improve plant growth significantly).
Livestock
Dairy production
Our farm consists of both desi and hybrid cows to produce nutrient rich milk (contains both A1 and A2 proteins). Fodder production unit will take of nutrient supply, so throughout the year milk production will not be affect by food scarcity. Also we ensure that disease free natural environment will keep our livestocks free from microbial infections. Dairy farmers work closely with veterinarians, animal nutritionists and other professionals to keep their cows healthy and comfortable. Our cows receive periodic checkups, vaccinations and prompt treatment when needed.
Poultry
Country breed chickens, ducks and quails are the part of our poultry farm. Eggs, egg shells, egg white and egg shell powder will be produced and marketed in domestic and international market with proper quality assurance check.
Goat and sheep farm
Goat (Mecheri, Chennai red and Ramanathapuram white) and Sheep (Nilgiri, Trichy Black and Coimbatore) from our farm will be grown under the supervision of veterinary experts to control diseases. Our motto is to provide healthy and disease free cattle for high quality meat, leather and wool production purposes. Since, livestock feed (organically grown) utilization is from our own farm ensures superior quality of nutrient rich cattle manure with cost effective market value.
