Webinar: Measurement of the Seebeck Coefficient and Electrical

The conversion of industrial waste heat into electrical power is one of the most important challenges in the field of thermoelectrics. In order to be deemed suitable, thermoelectric materials should be characterized by a high electrical conductivity, a large Seebeck coefficient and low thermal conductivity.

With the SBA 458 Nemesis®, NETZSCH offers the ability to measure both the Seebeck coefficient and the electrical conductivity. This webinar provides an introduction to the measurement method and to the measurement setup of the instrument.

Furthermore, a look into the measurement process demonstrates how easy it is to operate the instrument and handle samples. Along with this, specific features which set the SBA 458 Nemesis® apart from other instruments on the market will be addressed.
