ClearSource opens its first office in India
PLEASANT GROVE, Utah, April 5, 2023/ - Award-winning customer experience company ClearSource BPO, today announced the grand opening of its first contact center in India."Expansion into India is key to our global strategy," said Rob Goeller, CEO of ClearSource. "The Delhi area is talent-rich in engineering, finance, revenue generation, and tech support. This expansion meets the needs of our clients and positions ClearSource to deliver quality solutions that are in high demand."
Goeller named Mohit Sharma, an executive with 20 years of experience in BPO-related operations, as country manager.
Sharma said recruiting and training have gone well, and the first program, which involves complex engineering, will launch soon.
ClearSource's new contact center is in the bustling city of Delhi NCR (Noida). The look and feel of the space celebrate the culture of India while maintaining a common link to the branding and core values of ClearSource.
