Kosmos is poised to help solve the Gen Z retention problem through gamification

Dallas, Texas, April 5th, 2023 - HEXA Global Ventures announced today that Kosmos Workforce has joined its portfolio of companies through an initial funding round. Kosmos Workforce is the developer of metaMORF, a gamification solution that aims to lower GenZ's turnover rates in the workplace, helping companies significantly reduce the high cost of the hiring process. By 2025, GenZ will make up more than 30% of the workforce, making this an increasingly relevant phenomenon.
