Orga Systems will showcase the latest release of its GOLD Utility product for prepayment, customer engagement and its newly enhanced vending capabilities. The new GOLD Utility version comes with a bunch of new benefits for Utility companies that focus on customer orientation and profitability. The new vending module adds prepaid dealer management, tracking of reload sales and distribution hierarchies helping utilities tackle the challenges of reload and top up.
Enhanced capabilities in defining emergency credit and non-disconnection periods lifts the customer experience in prepaid beyond cost control and protects the customer from rude cut offs. Debt management and a new call center portal help to maximize revenues and reduce OPEX for energy providers.
