Stock Market Investor Competition Launches First Public Contest

OREM, Utah — October 3, 2007 — Wall Street Idol, an investor community website boasting a powerful market simulation, is inviting novice and experienced investors to compete for cash prizes in the site’s first public contest.

Wall Street Idol will award $500 to the user whose portfolio earns the highest return over a 90-day period, with $300 and $200 awards given to the second and third place portfolios, respectively. The contest maintains an open start date and runs until December 31st, when a new 90-day public contest will begin. Visitors to the site can create a portfolio, pick stocks and begin competing within minutes.
