TONBELLER Establishes Subsidiary in Asia's Financial Powerhouse

Frank Reppel appointed new Managing Director of TONBELLER (Asia) Pte. Ltd., Singapore

Bensheim, 22/Oct/2014 TONBELLER, internationally leading provider of software solutions against financial and white-collar crime, extends its activities in Asia by establishing TONBELLER (Asia) Pte. Ltd. The subsidiary in Singapore will attend to its Asia-Pacific customers with immediate effect.

The aim of TONBELLER is to intensify local customer relations in Asia's financial powerhouse and to exploit the high potential for TONBELLER solutions throughout the region. Asian countries are among the top scorers in international growth comparisons and the financial industry belongs to the fastest growing sectors on the continent. Asia's financial institutions, however, also face intensified demand for efficient compliance with complex international regulations on money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud.

With Frank Reppel as Managing Director, an experienced manager will run the new subsidiary. The graduated physicist has held international positions in the ICT industry for more than a quarter of a century and has ample managing experience in R&D, consulting and sales. In Asia, Mr. Reppel has worked for companies such as Siemens and IXOS and has been in charge of the consulting firm Reppel & Partners Pte Ltd in Singapore as Founder and Managing Partner for many years.
