The green laser diode is a semiconductor laser that emits light of a wavelength in the range from 570Nm to 520 Nm. The emission falls within the green region of the visible spectrum and it can be seen with human eyes. Green lasers are mainly made from in-single or multi-layered semiconductor material such as gallium arsenide (GaAs) and indium phosphorous oxide. It can be used in various applications such as heads-up displays, head-mounted displays, projectors, smartphones, and others.
