Neustadt an der Aisch, Germany – The customer service team of Onlineprinters GmbH, an online printing service provider active all across Europe, is growing: One million euros have now been invested at the German company headquarters in the Nuremberg metropolitan area: The expanded customer service centre received new office spaces and super-fast IT infrastructure for 40 jobs.
“The centre of our attention is the satisfied customer. We keep improving our service to that end: It is our goal for every customer who puts forward a request or question to the online shop on the phone or in writing to rest assured that they are going to get help,‘” says Anita Holzhauser, head of the customer service centre of Onlineprinters GmbH. The “Team International” is made up of native speakers of English, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, and Polish. They reply, on the phone and via email, to the customer questions they receive daily via the hotlines of the 14 multi-language online shops in 30 European countries. This team of experts works according to state-of-the-art communication standards and answers questions about current print orders, the product range, the shop, usability, or payment methods.
