HomeschoolHQ Launches Homeschool Resource App

Murfreesboro, TN: HomeschoolHQ recently launched the HomeschoolHQ app, a database developed to serve the needs of new and veteran homeschoolers. As a user-populated directory of local activities, resources, and community events, it helps homeschooled families find community. Users can also search through exclusive local and national homeschool-friendly business discounts. The HomeschoolHQ app does not sell, share or track user data. It is available for a free one-year trial in the Apple App and Google Play stores.

According to new Census data, there are currently 5 million homeschooled students across the United States. With the rise of new homeschoolers comes a greater need for resources and tools for families.

Lauren Bordeaux, one of four veteran homeschool parents on the HomeschoolHQ team, observed the need for an easier way for families to engage with the homeschool community. "I witnessed many families leaving homeschooling after Covid because they had difficulty finding the resources they needed. The resources are available, they just haven't been easy to find until now. We built HomeschoolHQ for this purpose. HomeschoolHQ streamlines homeschooling and connects families with the community."

Users are responding positively to the app. "This is going to be the fastest and easiest way to find what you need in homeschooling!" said Renee Henderson, a HomeschoolHQ app user.
