Successful Management Consultancy Sustains Growth with Move to Wyboston Lakes
A rapidly growing management consultancy which specialises in working with public sector organisations to deliver long-term and continuous improvements in effectiveness, quality and performance has just moved their headquarters to The Knowledge Centre at Wyboston Lakes.Sustain Improvement was established in 2009 by Steve Macro and Tony Hadley both of whom have board-level experience in private sector businesses and clinical NHS operations. Operating from bases in Northants and Norfolk, Sustain have been working with NHS Trusts, Community Healthcare providers and Hospitals across the Eastern Region helping their clients improve performance and increase efficiencies so they can operate more effectively and achieve ever increasing targets.
Sustain director Steve Macro said, “The move to The Knowledge Centre was designed to make our offices easier for clients and customers to access, while placing us at the heart of the region. The new office location will also enable the business to expand as we commence the next stage of development.”
Macro added, “The complex at Wyboston is well-equipped for business, and provides on-site conferencing and training facilities, accommodation, restaurant and extensive car parking. We found the process of relocating to be straight-forward, while the serviced offices already had an IT infrastructure in place along with all of the facilities we required, which meant we could move in and start work immediately. This ensured we were able to continue providing an uninterrupted service to our clients during the relocation, which was one of our key aims.”
The company is planning further expansion and to develop their product range and build their bank of resources over the coming months. Co-director Tony Hadley said, “We have expanded significantly since Sustain began trading five years ago, both in terms of turnover and the reach of our business. We are always looking for new opportunities to develop our services as well as innovative new tools and programmes which will benefit organisations in both the public and private sectors. Specifically, we’re looking for people with skills in project management, training delivery and facilitation, rapid appraisal and coordination and administration. Anyone who would like to find out more can get in touch by emailing info@sustain-improvement.com or ringing 01480 478230”
