Deco Technology Group with Microprint of Switzerland Introduce a New Pad Printing Technology Available for 2023

Placentia, California - February 13, 2022 - Deco Technology Group Inc. announces the new microPrint Swiss precision ML-500E all motor driven pad printing machine. The ML-500E pad printing machine features motor controls, using frictionless linear motors for the X & Y axes and a servomotor for the Z axis (3,000 Newtons) for vertical pad stroke. This 3-axis motor controlled Swiss built pad printing machine gives full, precise & programmable control over pad placement during image pick up as well as transfer onto the part. The ML-500E pad printing machine can memorize all customer required job parameters and the machine can pad print up to 8 colors with industry standard tolerances. The ML-500E pad printing machine is available with fully integrated tape pad cleaning system and ink viscosity control system to continually mix the ink and automatically pump thinner into the ink cups. The ML-500E pad printing machine can also be set up with a Servo-driven linear part shuttle, rotary table, Servo driven Carousel or a multi-axis robot to turn and pivot complex shaped parts. MicroPrint brand ink cups are equipped with an outer ring of magnets inside the ink cup which provides superior pad printing plate doctoring and as an option, we offer a pneumatic ink cup pressure system.
