MTEL Deploys Comverse Converged Billing Suite, Voicemail, Call Completion, SMS and MMS in Montenegro

New Delhi, September 27, 2007-- Comverse, a subsidiary of Comverse Technology, Inc. and the world's leading supplier of software and systems enabling network-based multimedia enhanced communication and billing services, today announced that MTEL, Montenegro's newest mobile operator, has deployed the Comverse Converged Billing Suite and various value-added services to complement its offering, including Voicemail, SMS, MMS and Call Completion solutions, powered by the InSight (TM) Open Services Environment to serve its rapidly growing mobile subscriber base. The deployment was completed within a short timeframe relative to typical industry parameters.
