Sleeve Cartoner from ÉLITER Packaging Machinery Goes to ENSURE in the United States

The bespoke sleeve cartoner is of wrap-around pattern that packs these bottles of nutrition shake with flat sleeve blanks at a medium speed of around 40 packs per minute, in a full length and total wrap-around sleeve, and a glue seam in the superior part of the package.
"We have been working on the innovation and development of new models to offer packaging automation solutions to cardboard sleeve and wrap around packaging, following the global trend of plastic replacement to improve sustainability and eco-friendliness in packaging.", said Zhiwei Bao.
Wrap around sleeve packaging, widely used in the food, dairy, drinks and beverages industries, is a technique that consumes less packaging and printing materials yet still offers notable display and branding effect on shelf. In addition to the nutrition drinks and bottles, sleeve wrap around packaging is popular as well for ready meal trays, yogurt cups and canned foods either packed individually or in multipacks.

- Cartoning machines for pre-glued sleeves: with applies pre-glued sleeves and load products from the open end of the pre-glued sleeve blanks.

- Wrap-around sleever: advanced solutions that applies unglued flat sleeve blanks over the package at higher speed.
