On September 14, 2022, The Board and Majority sharesholders of Terra Energy and Resource Technologies Inc. have elected to enact a change of Management.
Alexandre Agaian, has stepped down as Chairman, Dmitiri Vilbaum has stepped down as CEO and Director, and Juerg Hatz has stepped down as Director.

The Board has appointed Anthony Saviano as CEO and Sole Director.

Regarding this event, Mr. Agaian stated " We, at Terra Energy and Resource Technologies believe that Mr. Saviano has the resources and experience to bring value to our shareholders and our company moving forward."

Mr. Saviano stated " I am pleased and honored to be able to come in and work to bring value to this company and its shareholders as we look to bring in assets and cause the company to be current on its filings."

Terra Energy and Resource Technologies Inc., has also formed a subsidiary named Blacktower Oil LLC in Wyoming for the purpose of holding leases and wells for Terra.
