GreatFlorida Insurance Names New Vice President!
Dustyn Shroff, Vice President
Dustyn Shroff has been named as its next Vice President. The
Corporate Team at GreatFlorida is excited to welcome Dustyn into
his new role as he assists in the leadership of the day-to-day
operations of GreatFlorida Holdings, Franchisee Relations, and
Corporate Marketing/Branding initiatives.
Dustyn is a South Florida Native who began his Insurance Career in
2012 with State Farm Insurance. He quickly learned the value the
Agent plays in the Insurance Industry and in 2016 joined
GreatFlorida Insurance as a Franchisee in Coconut Creek, Florida. In
2019, an opportunity to purchase another location was offered and
Dustyn quickly became the youngest multiple Agency Franchisee
representing GreatFlorida Insurance. For the last 3 years, Dustyn
has been an active part of the GreatFlorida Network of Agents
presenting at various Agent Owner Meetings, assisting fellow
Franchisees one on one, and even assisting Corporate with various
projects, when needed.
"I'll always be an Agent first and with that, I know better than most
what it takes to not only work in but succeed in the Florida Insurance
Marketplace, especially during these times. The opportunity to be a
voice for my fellow Agents is not something I take lightly." says
Dustyn.
Dustyn is a proud graduate of both Pine Crest School and Florida
Atlantic University. He currently resides in Parkland with his Wife,
Arielle and Goldendoodle, Penny. They are also expecting their first
child at the end of October!
