STRIDES AI, a community of diverse senior leaders, today announced its renewed talent platform to help enterprises attract and retain top diverse leaders and cultivate a more inclusive culture. Strides helps companies and hiring managers engage long before they have a requirement-allowing them to build meaningful relationships with future diverse leaders. Their use of AI to cultivate warm relationships makes the process simpler, faster, and repeatable while building a diverse executive talent pool and augmenting succession planning.

STRIDES.ai recently appointed Jared Green as its new CEO to lead the company's next phase of growth. Jared's diverse experience, combined with his boundless enthusiasm, makes him an ideal candidate to lead STRIDES.

Jared embodies high performance and collaboration-he is a former NFL player-turned-business leader, HR consultant, and executive coach best known for bridging the gap between human engagement and organizational development. His relevant background and experience includes optimizing and retaining talent for companies. In 2020, Jared launched an employee engagement app to transform the employee experience with technology and gamification. His mission as CEO at STRIDES will be to reimagine and redesign the high-performance culture of organizations through innovative approaches.
