KOM Networks Teams with RamSoft to Offer DICOM Compliant Secure Vendor Neutral Archive

Ottawa, ON Canada – December 2, 2013 – KOM Networks®, creator and world leading provider of Secure Storage Solutions for compliant data protection and retention today announced a strategic partnership with RamSoft, Inc., a leading developer of RIS, PACS and Teleradiology solutions, to offer a turnkey DICOM compliant secure storage solution for diagnostic imaging. The solution, also known as diKOMpliance Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA), will provide a cost-effective, highly scalable and WORM secure VNA to meet image related interoperability, meaningful use and ACO requirements. This IHE-compliant and DICOM conformable offering will be available exclusively through KOM Networks and its KOMunity Channel Network.

Today’s healthcare organizations face significant challenges managing disparate imaging systems and applications.
