Russell Bedford grows Italian network with addition of Magagnoli & Associati

Global professional services group Russell Bedford International has expanded its Italian network with the addition of Bologna-based tax, accounting and corporate consulting specialists Magagnoli & Associati.

Originally established as a corporate tax services practice in 1970, Magagnoli & Associati has since grown into a multi-service firm serving clients predominantly in the manufacturing and industrial sectors, including a number of companies active in Asia, Africa and Latin America. The firm today provides a range of consultancy and transaction support services, including company incorporation, accounting, preparation of financial statements (national and international accounting standards), business planning and financial restructuring, corporate finance, M&A, liquidations, tax compliance and consulting, assistance with tax audits and litigation management.

The firm has three partners: Massimiliano Magagnoli, Luca Borella and Claudia Branchini.

On behalf of the partners, Massimiliano Magagnoli commented: "Our growing international client base meant we needed a global partner whose reputation for quality services matched our own. By joining Russell Bedford we now have access to one of the few genuinely full-service, worldwide groups of independent firms."

Alan Bezzant, CEO of Russell Bedford International, added: "We are delighted to welcome Magagnoli & Associati as our member firm in Bologna. This latest addition is an important step for Russell Bedford as we begin to grow our Italian network beyond its well-established bases in Milan and Rome."
