In-Person Fitness Classes Return to abotti!
Low Impact Group Fitness Experience
The Stouffville community is thrilled to finally be able to participate in abotti low impact fitness classes once again, as Antonietta and her fellow instructors begin to open up more and more classes. The abotti team was lucky to be able to offer their fitness memberships virtually over the past couple of years, and have managed to help their community transition to online fitness. However, as restrictions ease up, many are looking forward to the in-person interactions once again.
The abotti team has built up an incredible community of non-judgemental, supportive, and enthusiastic individuals. The benefit of abotti low-impact fitness classes doesn't just include adding physical activity to your week, but also allows people to feel comfortable and supported on their fitness or weight loss journeys.

About abotti
Abotti offers low impact group fitness classes and is run by Antonietta. Antonietta is a low impact group fitness instructor who incorporates everyday practical movements into a fun and non-judgemental aerobic experience. As the creator of abotti, she has taken her own life experiences - including losing over 140lbs and kicking diabetes to the curb - to develop a program that is inclusive to all. Abotti is based out of Stouffville, Ontario but offers many virtual classes as well.
