The on-demand solution manages medical care providers, including doctors, clinics, or nursing services, as well as patients and integrated medical care contracts. best4health, based on SAP Business ByDesign, is arvato Systems’ first complete solution for the health industry.

best4health maps all processes that are involved in the provision of integrated medical care within a physician network. These include: management of care providers, patients, and medical care contracts, service documentation, collective settlement of accounts with health insurers, as well individual settlement of accounts with care providers. The solution is fully integrated in the controlling and the administrative system used within the business management structures of the physician network.
