Zurich, 10 October 2013 - Peach Property Group AG, a leading developer of exclusive residential properties in the German-speaking countries in Europe, continue its series of success at this year's 'European Property Awards' in London and won no less than seven awards for achievements in project development and marketing. Once again the company won the highest award in each category for which it was nominated.

'yoo berlin' and 'Peninsula Beach House' projects were recognised as the best residential developments in Germany and Switzerland
'yoo berlin' has been developed in collaboration with the world renowned property brand 'yoo inspired by Starck', under the creative directorship of Philippe Starck. The exclusive residential building directly overlooking the River Spree in the heart of Berlin, received the top award for the first time in the category 'Best Development Multiple Units Germany'. The 'Peninsula Beach House' on the banks of Lake Zurich (www. beach-house.ch) was awarded the top prize in the category 'Best Development Multiple Units Switzerland', winning this exceptional award for the first time. The 'Peninsula Beach House' won this award by displaying its top-quality fittings in the 23 exclusive condominium apartments, the wellness centre with its own pool, the private fitness area and the direct access to the lake on the Giessen peninsula in Wädenswil near Zurich to the judging panel.

Two further property awards in the class 'Highly Commended' went to 'yoo berlin' in the categories 'Apartment Germany' and 'Development Marketing Germany'. These commendations highlight the expertise of the Peach Property Group in the development and marketing of high-end projects in the German-speaking countries of Europe. The slew of awards bestowed upon 'yoo berlin' also reiterates the power of branded residences, and the proliferation of the yoo brand worldwide.

'yoo wollerau' was awarded the best developer Website in Europe and in Switzerland
The Peach Property Group also received the 'European Property Awards' accolades for 'Best Developer Website Europe' (www.yoowollerau.com) and 'Best Developer Website Switzerland'. Additionally 'yoo wollerau' was awarded 'Best Development Marketing Switzerland'. 'yoo wollerau' is one of the most unusual residential complexes in Switzerland, with 18 unique condominium apartments with ceiling heights of 3.70m, top-quality internal fittings, and an exclusive wellness and fitness area with a large outdoor pool, developed in collaboration with the renowned property brand 'yoo inspired by Starck', under the creative directorship of Philippe Starck. With these awards, the company also qualifies for the global 'International Property Awards' event in December in London.
