VoC Classify Has Now Been Launched by SandSIV

SandSIV, the Swiss based developer of Voice of the Customer (VoC) analytics solutions, as well as being an experienced, expert provider of Customer Experience Management (CXM) consultancy, and Big Data related products, has recently launched VoC Classify. This is an advanced VoC analytics platform, with a streamlined navigational interface. The first installation of VoC Classify is in to the leading Swiss business school, IMD.

VoC Classify provides client companies with the ability to perform modelling and classification of Big Data, using advanced, applied analytics. The classification engine is built upon solid n-Gram algorithms, as well as incorporating a fully featured Natural Language Processing (NLP) framework. The improved user interface delivers customer insights, in a very simple to understand form.

IMD first started its journey towards providing a better customer journey as far back as 2009. Firstly, IMD settled upon Net Promoter Score (NPS) and used its in-house Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. In the three years that followed, IMD captured over 8,000 sets of results from customer surveys.

IMD eventually realized that it had captured an extensive amount of VoC data, and that it required some way to perform analysis upon this valuable store of customer intelligence. IMD chose SandSIV as its preferred provider of Big Data analytics technology and consultancy, to help the company move its Customer Experience Management (CXM) strategy to the next level.

SandSIV was contracted to provide a solution that would empower IMD to extract the value of customer insights contained within its data silos, by applying advanced analytics and classification techniques.

VoC Classify was used to enable IMD to develop and refine its own classification algorithms with no further involvement from SandSIV. The resulting system provides a very high level of granularity, accurate data and dependable security. The customer survey classifications generated by VoC Classify are then integrated in to the existing IMD reporting infrastructure, this enables NPS data and VoC insights to be disseminated throughout the enterprise and correlated with existing IMD KPI’s.
