PHARMAPALOOZA kicks off on September 25 from 11am-2pm in Pink Hill, North Carolina, where Marybeth and Chad Terry started their business in 2003. Built on old-fashioned values and innovative ideas, SPS provides pharmaceuticals to skilled- nursing and assisted-living facilities; group homes, intermediate care facilities; addiction and detention centers; and hospice care sites.
PHARMAPALOOZA will honor the company’s 10th anniversary and its commitment to providing the best service and most current technology to its staff and customers to stay competitive in an ever-changing industry.
“Our goal is to keep customers happy today, so they’ll come to us tomorrow,” says Marybeth. “The fact we offer a 30-day, non-binding contract means customers continue to do business with us because they choose to; not because they have to. We’re proud to celebrate 10 years of servicing communities with high-quality, customized service.”
Through personalized customer service, state-of-the-art technology, and staying abreast of regulatory changes, SPS remains on the industry’s cutting edge despite intense competition. With a commitment to ongoing employee training and education to boost morale, the company’s overall strategy also focuses on customer retention, supporting facilities with education and expanding its eMAR (electronic medication administration record) program. Furthermore, SPS continues to develop partnerships with associations and organizations that support its customers.

Hundreds of people are expected at each invitation-only event that includes pharmacy tours, partner exhibits, entertainment, and food. Dignitaries, elected officials, administrators, resident care directors, facility billing/office managers, directors of nursing, staff nurses, and medical technicians will be in attendance. PHARMAPALOOZA continues October 2 in Wytheville, VA and the final leg of the tour is October 16 in Kernersville, NC.
