With a vision of becoming the ‘World’s Solution Company’, Cybermount has gone private limited as management extension strategy that would put the financial objectives and revenues cycle on a more organized legal note.

Cybermount Solutions has been incorporated as Cybermount Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from 21st.June.2013 under the Company Act, 1956. Moving further under this legal identity Cybermount shall be abiding by all the rules & regulations which fall under the company act. It will continue to render its services in the field of web design, development, applications & marketing in its usual way as before, however the entire chain of operations as well as financial performance shall be available in a more organized way.

The company shall be following a more secured policy towards its employees and clients. Besides, the company is also planning to extend its operations and management team. Very soon the company is planning to come up with some other certifications with respect to SSI (Small Scale Industries) & SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprises).

Cybermount Solutions also addressed as ‘CMS’ shall be also joining some of the prolific IT groups & associations. A proper accounting & operational division has been set by company in order to cope up with all the compliances needed for a private limited company. The company is extensively working on its legal nomenclature thereby making fit to bid on some mega value projects in the upcoming future.

Once established, the company shall also come up with its announcements on financial performance on a yearly, bi annually or quarterly basis. Up till now CMS has been able to stitch a stronger legal wireframe for the brand, and that shall be continued further in future for other allied brands as well that fall under the umbrella of Cybermount Solutions.

The company is also planning to an effective CRM (Customer Relationship Management) in its series of in-house operations, thereby boosting the productivity and satisfaction levels. The company has also re-defined its HR policies abiding by the acts of law with respect to number of working hours per week and the leave schedule that has already started. For bringing more specificity on account of attendance an automated finger print punch in system has been installed.
