Health-IT Go-To-Market Camp – Workshop for a perfect preparation for entering the German healthcare market

To enter a new regional market is a big challenge. The first step to become successful abroad is answering a few questions:

• How does the new market works and what kind of inner rules are existing
• What kind of business model do I have and it is compatible for the market abroad
• What’s about price, sales strategy, competitors etc.

Like every market the German healthcare sector has its own characteristics, so that you have to develop a business model that meets the belongings of your new target market.

So one has to think about the Organization of Hospitals, the IT infrastructures, legal regulations and: decisions are made by human beings, but how are they thinking in their own cultural context?
The company GTMHC is based in Berlin and specialized exactly in these issues. GTMHC supports either companies or business development organizations in optimizing the market entry from the beginning and in developing the best Go-to-Market strategy. The GTMHC team has already implemented several projects and references with its right background and the long-time sales experience.

After having realized successfully the first “in-house” Go-To-Market-Camp in August, we are continuing the next camps from October 2013 on.
Health-IT Go-To-Market Camp 2013/2014 is a sales oriented and structured program which will guide the participating companies through market analysis, market entry / sales strategy, regional business development and strategy implementation. The Health-IT Go-To-Market Camp is defined as a two-day-workshop and includes general information, specific content and individual consulting.
The target group for the Camp includes Health-IT and medical engineering companies which are aiming to enter the German market with systems, products and services for healthcare organizations.
The next dates for the location Berlin are:

• October 2013, 23rd to 24th
• January 2014, 22nd to 23rd
• March 2014, 26th to 27th
• April 2014, 28th to 29th
