Manchester, U.K., Boston, MA - September 15, 2013 - Avecto, the market leader in privilege management, today announced that it has been recognized as one of Britain's fastest growing technology companies in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100. The Tech Track 100 league table ranks Britain's fastest growing private technology companies, where Avecto enters the league table in the impressive position of 31, after being acknowledged as 'Ones to Watch' in the 2012 league table. Tech Track 100 is compiled by Fast Track and published in association with The Sunday Times. The league table ranks Britain's 100 private tech (TMT) companies with the fastest-growing sales over the last three years.

Avecto's success was driven by the increased adoption of its Privilege Guard technology, which empowers users to perform their role, without compromising the security of the endpoint. During this past fiscal year, Avecto secured many high-profile customer wins, including a 375,000 desktop implementation at a leading technology company, and a project for 33,000 servers at one of the world's largest banks. Avecto also significantly exceeded its growth projections for its 2013 fiscal year with a 92 percent increase in sales over the previous year.
