Kolache Bakery a "Czech Inspired," scratch bakery now serving communities in and around Lebanon Oregon.

Mr. Crowe, owner - founder & scratch baker for Kolache Bakery, who started the original Kolache Bakery in Oklahoma City; now opens his first sister Kolache Bakery in Lebanon, Oregon.

The small community of Scio, Oregon where Czechs originally settled in the valley. The past neighbors of Scio, which made traditional Kolaches, have since passed taking the rich Czech history with them. However; 10-miles southeast to Lebanon, Oregon a population of little more than 18k; now, is enjoying the delicious tasty, sweet treats. Additionally, Meals on Wheels, various soup kitchens are donated with same fresh Kolaches.

Today, Mr. Crowe, an accomplished scratch baker has brought back a wide variety of fruit and crème kolaches. Based out of 501 N. Park Street in Lebanon, Oregon leasing a commercial time-share kitchen, until business is such to afford a retail bakery café.

Aside from Traditional Sweet Kolaches, Mr. Crowe mentions there are many additional baked items being added to the menu, for "Baked to Order," savory kolaches, and a line of Brioche Products, Apricot & Apple Streusel and Seasonal Cookies, and many more unique European Tasty Treats.

Mr. Crowe, founded Kolache Bakery, in Oklahoma City in 2021. Making this tasty treat and staple of the Czech culture back to the food scene.

12-months later, Mr. Crowe, introduced Kolaches to the communities of Oregon, his home state. Scio, Oregon is the original home of the Czech community, at the turn of 19th century. Here again, the older generation is so appreciative to have Kolaches, which were fond memories of their gran parents made.

The goal, is to scale up the bakeries, through persons who desire to have their own bakeries.
