WhiteOwl Announces Move to New Headquarters in Miami

MIAMI – WhiteOwl, the business process and technology affiliate of Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLC, (MBAF) has announced that the company has moved its Miami-based team of employees to its new headquarters located in the Miami Green Building, effective immediately. The new address is 3150 Miami Green Way (S.W. 38 Avenue) 11th Floor, Miami, FL 33146.

"This new office is located at the intersection of Coral Gables and Miami, and provides us with a modern facility designed to meet to our specific needs."

Located on the 11th floor, the new space is spread out over more than 10,000 square feet. The open layout was designed to take advantage of the natural light provided by the building's glass wall curtain, and employees have access to a dedicated staff lounge serving healthy snacks and beverages, as well as multiple conference rooms equipped with the latest technology. The building has a roof top patio and is conveniently located immediately across from the Douglas Road Metrorail station.

WhiteOwl worked hand-in-hand with the architects from the Miami offices of ADD Inc., Florida Atlantic Construction and Furniture Consultants, Inc. to design, build and furnish every aspect of the space, from the office's color palette of modern whites and shades of blue, to the modern furniture and accents used throughout. CRESA Partners, LLC acted as MBAF's tenant representative.

Miami Green is a class-A office tower certified Silver by the LEED Green Building Rating System™ and offers tenants panoramic and city views through floor-to-ceiling windows.
