Photoleaf Brand Owner to Cycle the Viking Way for BHF

London, United Kingdom (14th August, 2013) - Photoleaf, a leading provider of beautifully crafted photo books and gifts, comments as a member of their team supports the British Heart Foundation (BHF) by cycling the Viking Way, a 56-mile route.

The Viking Way bike ride is one of many annual fundraising events organized by the BHF, and leads participants on a scenic route of the East Kent coast. Photoleaf's Robin Sumner will take part in the event, with an aim to raise at least £300. The Viking Way bike ride will pass through Ramsgate, Broad stairs, Margate and Reculver.

The BHF is the UK's foremost heart charity, using pioneering research and prevention activity to help combat heart disease. Since it was established in 1961, the BHF has brought many innovations to the research and treatment of heart disease, such as: delivering new techniques to hospitals; helping to develop medicines that extend life for heart failure patients; and identifying specific genetic patterns which determine heart problems.

"The BHF is a fantastic charity performing vital work that helps save lives, and I plan to do my bit by cycling the complete 56-mile Viking Way route," said Robin Sumner of Photoleaf. "While it's a scenic route with lots of stunning surroundings, the Viking Way is still a challenge-but I aim to enjoy it and do my best.
