Dunnett C. Durando Joins the Team at Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery is pleased to introduce the newest member of their team, Dunnett C. Durando, D.O. She will begin seeing new patients at the Downtown Fort Myers location (2621 Cleveland Ave.) after its grand opening on September 3, 2013.

Dunnett C. Durando has extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of general and complex skin conditions. She began her education at University of South Florida where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She continued on to get a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine. In addition to her formal education, Durando completed a preliminary medicine internship with Virginia Tech-Carilion Clinic School of Medicine at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She also served as a Resident in Dermatology with Michigan State University at the St. Joseph Mercy Health System.

Throughout her education and training, Dr. Durrando has come to specialize in skin cancer, acne, rashes, cosmetic rejuvenation and dermatologic surgical procedures. She will be accepting new patients as soon as the Downtown Fort Myers location opens on September 3rd.

“Growing up in Florida, I know how important great skin care is to avoid the dangers of excessive sun exposure. I am glad to be back in Southwest Florida, and I’m excited to be able to use my knowledge and passion to treat others. I very much look forward to meeting my new patients at the Downtown Fort Myers office,” says Dr. Durando.
