Remotely Launches Online Security Assessment to Enable Enterprises to Secure Their End Users
PORTSMOUTH, NH - July 13 - Remotely Inc., the industry's first Azure-native, cloud based remote monitoring and management software (RMM), announced today that it has launched its Online Security Assessment. The Online Security Assessment is an agentless, cloud-based software that connects to an enterprise's Azure tenant and surfaces all the organization's relevant Azure data into one, unified dashboard. The app data surfaced is then checked against the NIST CVE and MITRE databases to identify any known vulnerabilities, revealing to organizations where a breach is likely to occur, the probability it will occur, how severe it will be, and recommended steps to take to prevent the breach.
"Companies today are faced with a really unique challenge," said Founder and CEO, Tyler Rohrer. "In 2020 we sent almost 1 billion users home. That's 1 billion users who were suddenly working outside of their secure, primary campuses, and it's estimated that at best only 50% of them will ever return to an office full-time. Being able to instantly understand which users pose security risks to themselves and to their organizations is absolutely essential. We are stoked to solve this."
The Online Security Assessment measures and reports on the following real-time data points, allowing organizations to instantly understand their security posture and easily prioritize their vulnerabilities:
Microsoft Secure Score
Exposure Score
Endpoint Manager Compliance
Azure Licenses
Update Rings
Device Geolocation
Endpoint Manager Discovered Apps
M365 Defender Software Inventory and Weaknesses
