2022 Case Studies So Far

It's been a busy start to 2022, transforming run-down, dilapidated and forgotten playgrounds into exciting, fun and versatile environments where children can learn, play and socialise safely and easily.

The Rhino Play team has installed countless climbing frames, trim trails, slides, swings and so much more for schools, holiday parks and local councils. The following four case studies have taken place at local primary schools, where the institutions wanted to create a safe space for children to learn and develop.

Outdoor gym area for Ventures at Hemyock - Rhino Play supplied and installed an assortment of outdoor gym equipment, designed for primary-aged children. The steel gym equipment encourages children to stay fit and healthy and allows the school to teach children about how their bodies work.

Camelot Castle at St Edmunds College - The team recently installed our large castle climbing frame, with portcullises, climbing walls and a curvy slide. Giving the school space for the children to run around and blow off steam as well as improve their cognitive and social skills.

The castle of kings at King Nympton Primary - The North Devon school was in desperate need of a compact climbing frame which gave the children a lot of opportunities to climb, run, slide and balance.

Shipwrecked in Plymouth at Widewell Primary - The school wanted a bespoke designed shipwrecked playboat suitable for KS1 and KS2 children.

Back in 2013, the young Rhino Play team realised there was a need for commercial outdoor play equipment that stimulated school children, that was produced with better grade timbers & to the customer's requirements & not just from a catalogue. Since then, our dream is still the same, but now includes, local authorities, sports clubs and family-friendly pubs! Our desire to create space for children to have fun, let off steam, & discover essential problem solving and life skills have grown over the years to the business we see today.
