GOEBEL is continuing its future with IMS Deltamatic Group as strategic investor

As from July 1st 2013, GOEBEL Schneid- und Wickelsysteme GmbH is a member of the IMS Deltamatic Group Spa.

The integration of GOEBEL Schneid- und Wickelsysteme GmbH into the IMS Deltamatic Group Spa was carefully planned in advance and finally completed.

The IMS Deltamatic Group Spa mandates now globally 5 associated facilities in Italy, Germany, USA and the P.R. China with approximately 300 employees. The total revenue of the IMS Deltamatic Group Spa will rise accordingly up to 70 Mio. €.

Based on this strategic integration, the IMS Deltamatic Group Spa rises up with joined forces globally to the second largest Group in the converting business, with the goal to become number one.

Both companies GOEBEL Schneid- und Wickelsysteme GmbH as well as IMS Deltamatic Spa are belonging to IMS Deltamatic Group Spa now. They are looking back to a long and successful history with regards to mechanical engineering. “Consequentially both companies will continue their business activities as before with the same man-power, at the existing locations with its proven management”, so Raffaele Ghilardi, President IMS Deltamatic Group Spa.
