SCHURTER Inc Makes the List of NorthBay biz's Top 500 Companies
SCHURTER Inc's rise in the ranking is attributed to the historic 40% growth it experienced in 2021, as the company scaled to $32.5 million in revenue. The Medical market continues to be the company's beacon for stable growth. New and evolving demand for equipment continues, while the surge in demand for ventilators during the pandemic has all but wound down. SCHURTER also saw substantial growth for its components in the Datacom industry. This was due to the unexpected demand for infrastructure and equipment required to enable home offices.
SCHURTER plans to diversify its core business in 2022 by introducing a new HMI business unit. A production line is set to go in the Santa Rosa location by the end of the year. The plan ensures the sustainability of the company's future as it looks to be at the forefront of electronic technology that increasingly becomes part of our everyday lives.
