This payroll management scenario was expensive, effort and time-consuming.

Technostacks developed a payroll software for harvest clock by leveraging a zebra scanner to scan harvesting professional original documents and built an advanced solution OCR to gather their handwritten forms and insert records into the software.

The company, to enable the mobile app for payroll management, utilized a 3M document verifier to verify the identity card offered by the harvesting professional was right. The application generates inimitable QR Codes and links them with harvesting professionals.

Through the payroll management app, the clerk can now quickly scan the QR Code of the professional to map his payment and total quantity based on which a receipt is printed and provided to the harvesting professional.

In this application, the Technostacks team has used MFI Bluetooth Printer (BLE 4.0) to print a precise receipt and valid QR codes. App modules can be switched to satellite view through the BA3 map engine. Zebra printer language was used for explicit formatting and QR code printing leveraging 3rd party libraries. The location mapping functionality was also enabled in the mobile application.

Clerks can enable two types of support requests. First, a message telling the payroll administrator that they require assistance on papers running out, enabling the batteries or when there is a payroll dispute can be sent.

The clerk will easily click to push a button for a request, and this request must be forwarded to a payroll manager or admin, and they can respond accordingly.

Their request should always come securely with a cause code such as a QC issue code. Apart from this would be a support code, the location, the user base, or the time. The stakeholders should know if the payroll manager has viewed the request and when the request is entirely made.
By adding a customized message to the bottom of each ticket, the farmer can tell the harvesting professionals what the rules related to breaks are as per the geography policies.

When any professional returns from a break, the administrator must look back and view the elapsed time. If professionals don't take enough breaks, the admin must give the clerk a warning that tells them that a professional needs a break and print the same with a customized message.
