Interplex To Showcase Green e-Mobility Solutions at Battery Show Europe 2022

Interplex, a leading provider of customized interconnect, high-precision and mechanical products solutions, has announced its first-ever participation at Battery Show Europe, taking place on 28 - 30 June 2022 at Messe Stuttgart, Germany at Hall 6 - Booth A30.
With safer and sustainable e-Mobility at the heart of what Interplex does, the company will showcase their specialized portfolio of next-generation green energy solutions.
Interplex's Fuel Cell Bipolar Plates (BPPs) are a critical component of hydrogen fuel cells; forming paper-thin stainless steel BPPs requires extreme accuracy to deliver high yields for better performance and lifespan. These high-precision metal BPPs with integrated gaskets are manufactured in-house with proven advanced technology. Interplex's capabilities not only provide for quick turnaround time for prototype samples and first test stacks, their technology is also scalable to ramp up quickly to high-volume production.
The company's Cell-PLX™ Customized Battery Interconnect System is suitable for Lithium-ion battery cells for cylindrical, pouch and prismatic battery module designs. Cell-PLX™ connects battery cells to customized single or multi-layer current collectors, and has a customizable lead frame interface to the battery management system. Capable of supporting various current densities and cell arrays, laser weld and wire bond attachment options are available, with robust packaging formats for high-vibration environments. Other customizable features include integrated passive and active components for safety and cell monitoring, and multiple module-to-module connection options.
