Solidarity for more growth - Hugo Lahme purchases shares in AngelEye

Ennepetal/Bolzano, 04.07.2013 - Effective as at 28.05.2013, Hugo Lahme GmbH from Ennepetal has taken over a third of the shares in the company AngelEye in Bolzano. AngelEye is a leading company in the underwater CCTV sector worldwide. In connection with intelligent software it is possible to capture persons who lie motionless at the bottom of the pool. Hugo Lahme's Managing Director Hans-Joachim Wittwer was appointed Managing Director of the company together with Riccardo Casadei and Andrea Marcato. The objective is to jointly promote the development of the underwater spotlight camera system with integrated alarm system, which is already registered for patent and design patent. This product combines the Premium LED Technology of Hugo Lahme and the camera technology and software of AngelEye to a completely new product solution, the distribution of which shall be handled by Hugo Lahme in Germany and Austria. By combining spotlights, underwater camera and intelligent software, Hugo Lahme and AngelEye are pioneers in the pool industry and thus solidify their role as innovation leaders in the industry. "We envisage great perspectives in the interlinking with Hugo Lahme, which provides us with the scope to continue to grow while simultaneously being able to revert to the extensive technical know-how of our colleagues in Ennepetal" so a happy Riccardo Casadei. Thus, this step unites two companies with the same commitment and heading in the same direction of uncompromising quality, and it is foreseeable that this partnership shall become a fountain for many fascinating products. Both companies have been working together since 2011 and had negotiated distribution cooperation at the interbad. This merger places the cooperation onto a lasting foundation and relies on the concerted development of both companies.
