Press release from: Galileo Group AG

Munich, 23. August 2007 – The Galileo Group AG, a leading provider of software solutions for SAP change and configuration management, has announced that the company's revenue for the first six months of 2007 rose by 87% compared with the same period of the previous year, accompanied by a over proportional increase in profitability. In comparison with the second half of 2006, turnover has grown by 38%.

These figures mean that the Galileo Group has significantly over-achieved its own growth forecast with performance well above the industry average, as was also the case during the previous year.

During the first half of 2007 Conigma™ CCM Release 3.1 was launched. Major developments in this new version relate to the access right model and the workflow; functionalities such as the four-eye principle, explicit release and substitution control are now possible, and consequently requirements with respect to IT compliance - Sarbanes-Oxley or GOBS, for example – can be met far more efficiently. Furthermore, the release planning functionality has been considerably expanded, so now complex change and delivery processes independent of location or client can be fully automated.

"Our Conigma software has enabled us to secure more major clients, including a German industrial company's software factory located in Asia, but we have also made significant advances in the service industry sector," explains Malte Klassen, CEO of Galileo Group. "A particularly significant example of this is an order from a Japanese enterprise, producing high-tech investment goods; we are developing middleware with linkage to SAP which will play a crucial role in the company's service environment and has to be configured to handle yearly transaction volumes at the top end of the 7-figure scale."
"This sound commercial basis provides us with more opportunities to invest in our software business, building on Conigma CCM to expand our leading position in the sphere of change and configuration management solutions for SAP," adds Josef Huber, Vice President Sales and Marketing at Galileo Group.
