Do you need a degree to be a copywriter?

Copywriting requirements are similar to those in the software industry: no one is asking for a degree, but everybody is asking for knowledge. And the most important question for copywriters is can they provide the results. Because degrees don't produce revenue - sales do.

And if you don't have a degree, then how to improve your copywriting skills? The answer is simple, but not easy. The best approach is not to read books or watch videos. Instead, just read successful examples of copy that generated millions (sometimes billions) in sales. And this is repeated until patterns begin to emerge and writing copy becomes natural.

Many business owners and managers don't have that much time to spend on developing yet another skill. So natural response would be to look for copywriters in their area. They might be looking for copywriters in Los Angeles, Las Vegas Nevada, New Orleans Louisiana, Johannesburg, etc.
