Hexagon Software Releases LandMark 4 Property Management Solution

Hexagon Software, one of the UK’s leading developers of property management software, is releasing LandMark 4. This new solution offers the power of a desktop application in a web-based system and provides immediate access to real-time data whilst eliminating time-consuming manual processes. It will enable property management companies of every size to provide a more efficient customer service.

LandMark 4 has an easy view dashboard that automatically delivers key performance information customised for individual users. It can be easily configured to provide high level overviews of performance indicators such as rent collections, net rental yields, average length of unexpired leases, occupation rates and more.

Powerful case management functionality enables tasks relating to specific events to be tracked and assigned, highlighting urgent actions that must be completed on a timely basis such as rent reviews, lease expiries and break clauses. Tasks are colour coded according to priority and users can drill down with a single click to see all relevant information. LandMark 4 enables all tasks to be managed within a single system eliminating the need for individual users to maintain ‘to-do’ lists on external applications such as Outlook or Excel. This provides greater visibility of what is needed to run the business on a daily basis and ensures that all necessary work is completed regardless of unexpected absences or sickness.

LandMark 4 Incorporates document management functionality with an integrated letter editor that enables correspondence, fully interchangeable with MS Word formats, to be created within the application. It provides rapid storage and access to supporting documents such as leases, correspondence, legal documents, inspection certificates and photographs. Integrated mapping allows users to zoom in to street level views, check locations or download directions which can be emailed to colleagues or external contacts. It also provides the basis for a graphical information system to provide a more visual representation of the portfolio.

A wide range of standard reports can be run either on demand or automatically emailed as PDFs to designated staff on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. A flexible report design tool makes it easy to create and upload custom reports, which can even incorporate data from other internal systems such as finance, HR and any specialist operational databases.
