(arvato Systems) Gütersloh, Germany – On 13 June 2013, arvato systems will be presenting the new features of farmpilot, its online portal, at Day of the Machinery Rings in Germany in a workshop entitled ‘farmpilot in the Machinery Ring: Increased Efficiency and New Services with Digital Data.’ Interested parties can experience the solution live at the farmpilot exhibition area.

This year, members of the machinery rings will meet at the Sauerland Stern Hotel in Willingen under the motto ‘ROUTE 2020 – On the Way!’. Participants can look forward to an exciting program of lectures, workshops, and energetic discussions within the machine ring family.

arvato Systems’ farmpilot will be on display as a solution to operational organization challenges with the aim of expanding the range of services of machinery rings. Farmpilot is a manufacturer-independent online portal that connects agricultural machinery, end devices, and software programs with one another. The user-friendly solution delivers maximum control over equipment and operating processes.

The arvato Systems workshop will use practical examples to show participants how farmpilot enhances the efficiency of machinery rings.

The on-site farmpilot team will be on hand to provide information about the new features. These include detailed data evaluation and analysis through plotted machine paths as well as the determination of raw data to form the basis for accounting and controls. Live demonstrations of the uses of farmpilot will give participants the opportunity to get to know the solution and try it out first hand.
