Europe’s best job? Recruitment opens for luxury hotel testers
Win a dream job testing luxury hotels across Europe for free
Posted this week, the job advert seeks a team of two luxury hotel testers, who are required to spend 2 – 4 weeks touring Europe and testing luxury hotels for free. Available for application on the company’s website and on online job listings websites, the post requires candidates to perform a once-in-a-lifetime role.

The recruitment process follows a familiar pattern: create an outstanding application and get shortlisted for an interview. The twist is that the public will vote for the applications they like the most: candidates create a team profile and the 5 top ranking teams will be asked to a real interview with Premium Europe. During the interview, candidates will have a chance to impress by demonstrating a passion for travel, before one team is offered the job.
Zombori adds: “It’s a real job but it’s mainly a great opportunity to try out Europe’s best hotels. You don’t need to have had much experience of a luxury lifestyle, but you do need to have an open-minded attitude to travel and new experiences. We’re excited to meet our newest team members!”
